Аннотация
The paper describes the results of work on the creation of an information and analytical system (IAS) to support medical and diagnostic processes based on a new generation of electronic technological charts (ETC) and the methodology of their use in a large medical center, which is performed on the basis of N. N. Burdenko National Neurosurgery Institute (NSI). Examine the current situation in NSI at the IAS, based on the ETC. The results of the implementation of the “migration” electronic medical card (EHR), operating on the e-Med platform, when switching to the platform of the HAIS “Asclepius”. The concept of the ETC system for the basic NSI clinic, the corresponding platform and tools for the creation of ETC, providing optimization of management of diagnostic and treatment processes and improving their information support.
